This free course developed by the Faculty of Engineering EDI Team aims to improve awareness and equip learners with strategies to be more inclusive and proactive allies of disabled and neurodivergent colleagues. The content is co-produced and shares knowledge to form a foundation for inclusive attitudes and behaviours that value disabled and neurodivergent people and accommodates preferred ways of working and reasonable adjustments.
